The goods will be delivered to you by a DPD courier, Smartpost courier, or Omniva courier. Packages suitable for parcel machines will be delivered using Omniva, Smartpost, or DPD parcel machines if courier is not selected by a customer. Free delivery applies to orders over 300 euros. If your cart contains products from different manufacturers, the goods may arrive at different times. CookKing and Bio-Blaze products will be delivered to you by courier. Please always choose a parcel machine and fill in the delivery address details so that we can deliver the various goods to you as quickly as possible.
The delivery time to the customer depends on the type of goods. In-stock goods are delivered within 1-3 days. If the item is on backorder, CookKing products have a delivery time of 5-10 days, and Northern Hunting products have a delivery time of 3-6 working days. When ordering a Bio-Blaze bio-fireplace, the delivery time is 10-14 days. For Bio-Blaze bio-fireplaces in RAL colors, the delivery time is 4-6 weeks.
