Free Returns for Size Exchange Only for Northern Hunting Brand Clothing

Products can be returned for free exchange within 14 days after receiving the goods.

Return Conditions:

  • If the buyer wishes to exchange the purchased product for a more suitable size, it can be done within 14 days from the invoice date.
  • The returned product must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as when originally purchased.

NOTE: For hygienic reasons, women’s/men’s underwear, undershirts, swimsuits, swimwear, tights, stockings, socks, knee-highs, nightwear, pajamas, bras, belts, corsets, lingerie, and similar items cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • If the product is used or damaged, resulting in a decrease in the product’s value, the decrease in value must be compensated by the consumer.
  • The consumer has the right to exchange the product for a different size or model.
  • The delivery time for the new product is visible in the e-shop for the selected product and specific size. The delivery time starts from the moment the returned product reaches the e-shop.
  • If the consumer wishes to exchange the product for a different model with a different price in the e-shop, the price difference must be compensated.
  • Returned products must be packed in protective packaging suitable for transportation (e.g., box or padded envelope).

Returns via Parcel Machines

  • Omniva: To return a package via Omniva’s parcel machine, enter the return code from the parcel notice into the parcel machine.
  • Itella SmartPost: Packages can be returned to a blue parcel machine using the dispatch code. If returning to a white SmartPost parcel machine, the return must be pre-registered in SmartPost’s self-service. More details here!

NB! DPD packages cannot be returned. The user must deliver these packages to us themselves.
